The Beauty Within is a 6-week, in-person transformational journey that blends subconscious reprogramming, nervous system integration, and emotional decoding. Designed for those ready to move beyond surface-level self-care, this experience helps you release the hidden stories stored in your face, body, and identity.

Each week includes 90 minutes of guided teaching, group processing, and somatic reflection to help you soften inner critics, restore self-trust, and reclaim your authentic glow.

What’s Included:

  • 6 in-person weekly sessions (90 minutes each)

  • Subconscious tools for healing core wounds like “I’m not enough”, “I’m unloved”, and “I don’t matter”

  • Guided mirror meditation, journaling prompts & somatic practices

  • Group support in an intimate setting (12-person max)

  • Printable take-home reflections + recorded affirmations (optional add-ons)
